About Will Graham: Guiding leaders to flourish

With 35 years as a secondary school teacher across seven diverse schools, including 17 years in senior leadership and as a Headteacher, I have witnessed the profound impact of effective leadership. This extensive background ignited a deep belief in values-led leadership. I firmly believe that leading through your values creates authentic connections with all stakeholders, enabling sound judgment and decisions that truly make a difference. My desire to support those still working in education, especially in secondary schools, to develop their leadership potential is at the heart of his coaching practice.

My passion lies in supporting current and future leaders within secondary schools. Having spent 35 years in this environment, I understand the unique challenges and immense rewards that come with leading in education. Leadership can be incredibly satisfying and fulfilling, yet also a lonely and unforgiving space. My coaching provides a safe environment to explore challenges, offering a solutions-focused approach to move forward with confidence.
